PROMOTE THE GROWTH, SAFETY AND FUN OF SCUBA As one of the world's fastest growing sports, it is our responsibility to introduce new participants to a world they could only imagine. We must teach and demonstrate the skills necessary to keep SCUBA diving safe, and at the same time, provide a lifetime of fun and excitement.
